Health and Safety matters the most
All our staff are DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checked, IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health), BWCA (The British Window Cleaning Academy) and First Aid trained, which highlights our commitment to current legislation.
All new operatives receive intensive Health and Safety training before ever going on-site. We deliver regular refresher training and tool box talks to all staff.
Health and Safety is of paramount importance to everything we do at BWC Manchester. We are accredited members of both the CHAS and Safecontractor schemes. The Health and Safety of our employees and everyone else affected by our activities is fundamental to the success of our business.
We have retained the consultancy services of Comply at Work to ensure that legal requirements in accordance with Health & Safety at work legislation are complied with. Before we carry out any work, comprehensive site-specific Risk Assessments & Method Statements are provided along with a full Health and Safety information pack.
